The latest release of BT Billing Analyst, version 2.06, was launched in December 2009. You will find the software is easier to load and use for those with 'restricted administration rights'.

This product is for use by BT customers in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland on a PC configured with the "Regional and Language Options" set to the standard "English (United Kingdom)" default settings.

 

Existing and New Users

Download the latest BT Analyst software now. There are two options available, a self extracting .exe and a .zip file. If your company firewall does not permit the downloading of exe files please select the .zip file.

Once downloaded to a temporary folder, you will only need to double click on the .exe file which will begin the installation/upgrade process. Existing users should ensure all files are backed up before commencing the upgrade.

Once downloaded to a temporary folder, extract the files to this folder using a program such as WinZip. Having extracted the files, double click on the "setup.exe" file which will begin the installation procedure. Existing users should ensure all files are backed up before commencing the upgrade.
